Markus Kaiser is the Head of Office for the Western Balkans of the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom (FNF). He is a staunch supporter of an "ever closer union of the peoples of Europe". Before Belgrade, he was stationed in Brussels, Athens and Potsdam.
